JW Cater was born from a passion that started at home. My mother was a chef in the hotel industry for many years, and I grew up surrounded by kitchens, banquets and the art of serving others.
At 18, while studying Hotel Administration in my home country, I opened my first catering company. Since then I have worked in hotels, restaurants and country clubs across the United States and Central America.
When I met my wife, everything came together. JW stands for our names: William and Johana.
We believe two are stronger than one, because if one falls, the other lifts them up.
That is how we work in the kitchen and at every event.
After more than three decades serving weddings, quinceañeras and celebrations in Chicago and Atlanta, we've learned one thing: families don't remember the menu card. They remember how the day felt. So we design every menu around your tastes, your culture and your guests, and we handle the food so you can be present for the moments that matter.
